Online English lessons for ages 12 to 14
Older children deserve topics they actually want to discuss. I use conversation, activities and cultural learning, with support that respects your child’s age and current English.
Make room for opinions, not just right answers
Your child might explain a preference, describe a familiar experience or compare two ideas. When they need help, a useful phrase can keep the conversation moving without turning every sentence into a correction exercise.
A learner who already chats easily needs different support from one who is starting English at thirteen. I adapt the work to that difference. These are examples of practice, not a prescribed course or an exam-preparation promise.
Try this at home: recommend something
- Invite your child to choose a book, a game or a place they would recommend.
- Try “I recommend… because…”. Add one detail that helps the listener understand the choice.
- Ask a genuine follow-up question. If they get stuck, give them time or offer one phrase, then return to the idea.
Let your child help choose a goal for the introduction. It might be asking questions, taking part more comfortably or explaining an idea without switching languages immediately.
Which lesson format fits?
Standard lessons last one hour on Google Meet. Private lessons cost €80 for 8 hours. A group package costs €35 for 8 hours, with 3 to 5 children. These are not subscriptions: the eight hours are scheduled according to availability.

Is this an exam-preparation course?
No specific exam curriculum is promised here. Share your child’s needs with me so we can discuss whether my lessons are suitable.
Will the activities feel too young?
I adapt conversation, activities and cultural topics to the learner’s age as well as their level. Starting English later does not mean using the same activities as a young beginner.
Can my child try a group introduction?
Yes. A free group introduction is available, as well as a private introduction. Standard groups have 3 to 5 children.
