Start with one activity
Sort eight French words, solve five clues, then use a few words in sentences. Ask “Et toi ?” and listen to the other person’s answer before asking another question.
Answers and guidance for parents
Animals: chien, poisson. Days: lundi, vendredi. Family: tante, cousin. Colors: vert, bleu. Clues: lapin, août, dix, cousin, violet. Looking at the word bank again is part of practice.
Keep the exchange comfortable
Let your child point, choose or make notes if that helps. A short answer can be enough. These are home-practice ideas, not a fixed curriculum or a level test.
