An activity to start here
Read one clue and choose an animal from the word bank. For example, “I live in water and have fins” points to fish. Then invent a clue for your partner.
Make it easier or take it further
For a beginner, read two possible animal names aloud. To extend the activity, try “It can…” or “It has…”. Ages 6 to 10 are a starting guide, not a required level.

The five clues are fish, bird, elephant, cat and rabbit. An original clue can have many answers, provided the description fits the animal.
